Who we are

Jan-Marie Esch is an inspired speaker and presenter. 
She holds a Ph.D. in Leadership and Human Behavior with a focus on creativity.

Dr. Esch brings new meaning to creativity with the presentation of a balanced psychological model that helps us develop self awareness and creative processes in our lives.  The application of this knowledge is the foundation for more generating change in our lives and our world.
